lynch may be right on the integration relay but isn't difficult to get to or to expensive. only to just to remove that relay

Yea I have already had the pleasure to try and remove the integration relay… the bottom two plastic loop hooks are easy to remove… The Top Two plastic loops, OMG it's frakin impossible it seems like, if the relays above it were located in another spot… it wouldn't be so hard to remove… I was basically just trying to read the schematic wire diagrams I have for this car… which is why I know this. Unrelated to this issue.
(You can check out my other post for google Dock link to all the schematics/wire diagrams I have posted on 98 camry LE)
About the Fuse(s)
I put my Fluke on each one, and all of them showed Open. Meaning I had it on Beep mode and each one made a beep sound so that means there good. (Correct) No beep would mean nothing passes through so that would be a bad fuse. (Just making sure I have it correct I'm 99.9999% I'm right but never hurts to post it just incase I have it wrong.
TWO Over Sized BIG black Fuses in the fuse box don't beep when I remove them and test them… I don't know if they are suppose to or if they really are a fuse. What are they? Are they a self reset fuse? Meaning once power is removed they reset after so long? I know they make those but Most I've seen have a button. But maybe these don't… Any one know??
HOW do I Check a Relay? If one is bad what would I do to test it? That integration relay is a box of relays correct? If one is bad then couldn't I just replace that one instead of buying a new one?
I'm just hopping it's a 5 dollar relay or a fuse I missed… Not a $75. dollar part or more… Seventy or more could be a really bad expense right mow…
