Front bumper emblem?

Right, so if anyone remembers I made a topic about an accident to my front bumper. I got the new bumper cover a few weeks ago but I realized that the gold toyota emblem is either glued to the original bumper, or there's a clip and it comes off.

I'm not sure how it comes off, or if I can even get it off. Is there a way or do I need to just buy a new one? On ebay pictures it shows two clips on the top so there's got to be a way.

P.S. When I paint the bumper, do I keep the emblem gold or make it black ?

3rd gen camry? Emblem on the GRILLE? I've tried to get those off. Fishing line... dental floss.... heat. They DO NOT like to come off. Feel free to try the methods i mentioned!
