High beams not working

I'm fixing up my 92 LE and just found out the high beams dont work.

When I go to put them on I hear a click sound from the engine bay.

I looked at the fuses but dont know what to look for, the 15a fuse looked fine.

Is there a relay or something else I'm missing to look for?

Thnaks for any help.

I love that gag..

I'll also throw in: Check for voltage at the socket with the high beams on. I see cars about once a month with both high bulbs blown out. It's easy to miss one from the drivers seat. Then the other goes out and it's obvious....
