Help car wont start!!!!!!!

Working on a 1995 toyota camry 4 cyl auto.
The car was acting like the neutral safety switch was bad, I cleaned all the contacts and put it back together, it still didn't work, the ignition switch appears to be working, I checked the relay and it was working, then I found that there was a fuse under the hood that I could pull and then the starter would turn with the key, but the motor wouldn't start, however if the fuse was in then the motor would start if I jumped the starter across the solenoid. Any advice would be helpfull im not sure what fuse it was that was causeing that, the car is a 45 min drive from home and stranded.

Thanks for the link but I already did all of that, the problem isn't neutral saftey switch, I even tried bypassing it with a jumper, does anyone have a wiring diagram of the ignition system?
