Help with CEL Code PO450

I have a 1997 with the 4 cylinder 5SFE engine. I keep getting CEL and code PO450. I know that Code P0450 is related to the fuel tank evaporation system (EVAP). I am finding conflicting info on causes. I have read it is possibly either the Fuel Pressure Regulator or maybe the Vapor pressure sensor. I know it could also be hoses or a cannister. What is most likely? Where is the Vapor Pressure Sensor and the Vapor pressure regulator located on a 1997?
I have read of a recall, but my car has 157K on it so I do not think it qualifies. Any help with this would be great.
Thanks, Jeff

its either the vapor pressure sensor, the wiring from the ecm to the vps, or the ecm.
