Hey guys, i'm new to this to this, but how much would it cost to do the MR2 turbo engine swap into my 95camry with the 5-speed tranny? how much is the engine w/ the tranny? and how much do you think the labor is? any suggestion on shops too? i'm planning to get that project on the way this summer, but i wanna find out some specs of the swap.

You can find a general idea of the price for a used engine on http://www.car-part.com, but it's not just bolt up. There need to be custom engine mounts made and i think even some custom ECU wiring. If your car is already a 5-speed, you can keep the transmission you have. Justin (aka. Wraith) is the only one to have put an MR2 transmission in his Gen3 camry along with a J-spec MR2 engine (240+HP) and if you really want details, he is the man to talk to.
