Lower engine/exhaust rattle at low RPMs

Today we noticed a rattle sound when the Camry is at low throttle. I had the wife step on the gas while I looked through the engine bay but I couldn't hear it then. You can hear the sound great inside the cabin, and also under the driver's side towards the lower engine/exhaust. It's dark now so I'm not crawling under to look around, so I'm looking for feedback first.

Can somebody suggest what I should look for? A quick look tonight seems as if the sound is coming from the exhaust. The car doesn't make this sound at high speeds, only when you initially give it some gas. Oil looks fine and has been changed hot and often.

Thanks for ideas/feedback.

The rattling is probably related to a heat shield somewhere on your car. Could be a piece of your catalytic converter broke loose and is rattling in your cat as well. Check / Tap the catalytic converter for a rattling noise, also check / tap the rear muffler for a rattling noise.
