Hose hanging loose in trunk (electric antenna) filling it whith water. Camry 98

Well is it suppose to be loose?

It looks like its from the electric antenna. It is filling the trunk whith water. Not so mutch water but I use to take it away maby ones a year. The water is in the smal space under the antenna in the trunk.

unsure on if the hose is ment to be there, to far away from me to check as im sick atm, yet i know sunroofs have a hose from them to, they normaly run to a rubber gromet in the bottom corner of the small space that drains to outside, if you cant see where it goes u could remove one of the other black rubber grommets that are there to let any water that gets in drain out

its to channel the water that runs down the shaft of the antenna and its suppose to drain out. the "loose end" hanging down should be stuck through a grommet to direct the water out from the trunk. i cant remember off hand where this exit is, but pull up the carpet and take a look.
