I start up the incline and the engine starts knocking and increases as I accelerate, so I stop immeadiatly put it in park and the knock stops. So I let it warm up some more and I continue on my way all the way home four hours with no problems. Should I be worried that I caused any damage? I checked the oil and all seemed fine there, and I just changed the oil 600 miles ago with 10w-30 high mileage penzoil and a pure one filter.

You're probably alright. All your oil was on one side of the pan so it took your pump a little bit longer to pull the oil through the pump. If you want to make sure every thing is alright, you could purchase a mechanical oil pressure gauge (NAPA $20-$30.00 for a nice one), hook it up and monitor your oil pressure. I would say its alright, but getting over 200,000 miles your main and rod bearings could be wearing out. I just replaced my mains and rod bearings in my 92 and it has 215,000 miles.
But yeah, your probably okay. Like I said i think your oil was all on one side of your pan so it took everything a little longer to pull it since it was on an incline
