Should I be worried?

I have a 93 camry LE with 230K miles and i went on a trip this weekend about four hours away, the drive there went perfectly no noise no problems. The night before I left it got pretty cold hitting below freezing, the next morning it was probably around 42 degrees. So I start her up just fine didnt sound any different, but of coarse I wanted to get going so I didnt let it warm up as I should, well I was parked in a wacky driveway that was a steeper incline than I have ever seen before. I start up the incline and the engine starts knocking and increases as I accelerate, so I stop immeadiatly put it in park and the knock stops. So I let it warm up some more and I continue on my way all the way home four hours with no problems. Should I be worried that I caused any damage? I checked the oil and all seemed fine there, and I just changed the oil 600 miles ago with 10w-30 high mileage penzoil and a pure one filter.

You're probably alright. All your oil was on one side of the pan so it took your pump a little bit longer to pull the oil through the pump. If you want to make sure every thing is alright, you could purchase a mechanical oil pressure gauge (NAPA $20-$30.00 for a nice one), hook it up and monitor your oil pressure. I would say its alright, but getting over 200,000 miles your main and rod bearings could be wearing out. I just replaced my mains and rod bearings in my 92 and it has 215,000 miles.

But yeah, your probably okay. Like I said i think your oil was all on one side of your pan so it took everything a little longer to pull it since it was on an incline

What are those? Inside the engine or outside? Is it at all related to motor mounts?

Main and Rod Bearings are the bearings that connect to the crankshaft. (inside the motor)
