rear left door window stuck?

Hey guys my mother owns a 2000 camry ce and her rear left door window is up. I have the panel taken apart. I can figure out what's wrong with it. It won't go up from driver control or its in control. Any help ? Could it be the motor ? Where can I get one for cheap any DIY ? Thanks for your time

do you have a volt meter? check to make sure the motor is getting power. im assuming the power door locks on that door work, so its probably a faulty motor as opposed to the wiring.

^^^ Yep. Check for voltage first.

The motor is real easy to change. Remove panel, plastic covering the door (try not to rip it)

Once you have everything removed, pull the window all the way down (By hand) Making sure not to twist or you may risk breaking the glass.

Once window is down, there will be two 10mm head bolts holding the glass to your regulator. Remove these bolts.

Remove the electrical harness from the motor, and remove the bolts holding it in place.

Remove regulator and motor.

Get a new regulator / motor and re-install.

Re-install 10mm head bolts to hold glass in place, turn ignition on and roll window up.

Re-install plastic using an adhesive

Re-install door panel

Done

======

The only other thing you may want to try is to open the drivers door and try the rear window. Move the door at different positions trying to roll it down / up. If you hear or see the window opening or closing while the door is part way or full way open then you are going to have to repair your wiring harness between the drivers side door and the distribution panel the harness connects to.
