Would wheels from a 2004 RX-8 work with a 1993 Camry without any problems? found some for cheap near me and was curious. they are 18"x8

18x8 isn't enough info. Needs to be a 5x114.3 lug pattern with an offset in approx. the 30-45 mm range.

The fronts will probably touch the strut housing due to the offset and width. Rears should be fine. If the owner will allow, its best just to test fit the rx8 wheels on one side of the car (front and back) and see if they rotate freely without any issues

The mazda hub centres are different to the toyota ones and so you will need to get hubcentric rings to ensure the weight of the car is mounted properly (these are cheap to get).

RX8 wheels will look sex on the camry, they suit very well! I run 17" Mazda SP23 rims on gen4

since you think those rx-8 rims might be too big.....would a 17x7.5 w/ 45mm offset and 235/50-17 tires on it fit under the 93 camry? i just dont want to get something and find out it doesnt fit....

That second option might fit better. The RX8 wheels might be okay with spacers.
