OBDII camry le 94 v6 3.0

interested in installing a scangaugeII computer to check the mpg and other such things on a 94 camry le with the 3.0 v6 can't find any information on where its located in the car and if it is compatible any help would be much appreciated.
Even if this particular computer is not compatible anyone who knows one that is specifically mpg for this model would be much appreciate.
The car is all stock and in very very bad condition with over 300k on the clock. I am interested in improving it in everyway possible. Even the interior is ruined. I would rather fix it than buy a new car. I wanted to get the mpg and other information from it before running redline fuel cleaner or similar through it and slowly work through fixing and improving every little thing to give me best performance and mpg. I don't like most modern cars due to the extra weight from the safety equipment I am sure that working careful and efficiently I will be able to get excellent performance and mpg from this old beast.
Thanks for any help you guys might have
J

start with minor tune up items (spark plugs, fuel & air filter) and replacing all filters and fluids on the car. get new belts too.

you can calculate MPG easily at every refill on gas station. just keep checking the odometer (or use a trip meter) to see how many miles car traveled from last refill and a receipt from gas station will tell you how much fuel was used.
divide miles by used gallons and you will have the MPG.

OBDII camrys: 94+ V6 models and 96+ 4cyl models. The OBDII port is behind the coin tray to left of the steering wheel. Open the tray, and squeeze the tabs on either side. Should pop out.
