Same as in the same part number? I doubt it. The 3s-gte probably moves more volume. Google the part numbers, or check rockauto.com

No, difference teeth count on the oil pump gear. Get a 1999-2003 Solara Oil Pump. That's a high volume one compared to the Gen 3 5SFE Camry one.
