3rd Generation URGENT! RPM & Speedometer not working

My RPM & Speed-o-meter no longer works after I had the oil changed, and painted under the hood.

No matter how much I rev it, and drive it. It both stays to 0. Could it be a blown fuse? can someone tell me how to troubleshoot. Thanks!
Vehicle is a 1993 Camry LE 4cyl 5SFE

I see your airbag light is on, does it stay that way? Checked fuses? Did you disconnect anything when you were painting? What kind of painting did you do?

I fixed the RPM by hitting the side of the cluster. Yes it worked, but the speedometer is not working still. Painting is in my other thread, and I only removed some wires but put them back. Yes the AirBag light has been on for over 8 years.

Did you disconnect the VSS ? You got the RPM working again .. the Speedo still isnt working? The speedometers on the 92-96 camry's are controlled by a vehicle speed sensor. On the 92-93 models they have a different designed A140E That actually has two Speed Sensors. You probably disconnect one of those

Or if that's not the case, you may have shorted a fuse or something
