My Camry eats wheel corners...

Just bought my Camry this summer, it's an -98 2.2l 4 cyl, so I don't know it's previous history, but the springs seems to have been changed not a long time ago, don't know about the struts.
The tires on the car wasn't new, but I didn't notice any uneaven wear at that moment.
But only a few months later I noticed that the right rear wheel was badly worn on the inside corner, and later I found that also the front wheels inner corner takes some wear.
Up here in Norway it's quite expensive to take a wheel alignment, so I bought a mini protractor and a camber kit from Ebay for maybe doing this myself.
I got these measurements with the protractor:
LF= -0,4°
LR= -0,4°
RF= -1,0°
RR= -0,1°
And this should be inside the range of spesification, so I really don't know what to do now. Could it be the toe? If so, I thought it should make a saw tooth-pattern on the tyre?
I have attached some pictures here of the three wheels, not the fourth as that was eavenly worn.

IMO your tires are heavily worn and really ought to be replaced instead of worrying about getting more wear out of them. Also, with the treads so heavily worn it's much more difficult to visually check for toe issues, but IMO with the right rear tire at least that looks like a camber issue. Buy a new set of tires and, expensive in Norway or not, have all four wheels professionally aligned. It'll be worth the expense.

Yes, of course, these tires ain't on the car anymore. I have replaced them with snow-tires, we have to do that every winter up here in the north you know...
I'm just worried about my new set of tires, and I was just hoping to get some input here if there's something more I can do to check the alignement by myself?

Not really... that kind of wear is pretty indicative of an alignment problem that should be professionally addressed. Though it's kind of obvious your camber is off, maybe you could try adjusting it at home? But it's too hard to measure to get it precise, in my opinion...

It's possible that the previous owner changed the springs after noticing the wear. Therefore your current measurements may not show what the old springs were like.

RR and LF were pretty bad camber wear. The other two less so.

Did you put the protractor on the rim and not the tire? Did you zero it out based on the ground at the tires? Ideally the car should sit on a level patch of ground on all four corners.

If they're in spec now, I wouldn't mess with them. But I would recommend getting it done professionally, and then just keeping an eye on them using your digital protractor. (to 0.1 deg accuracy?).
