3rd Generation Window Only Goes Down

I have a 94 V6 XLE with power windows. Passenger Side Window.
When you press the switch to make it go down it does but the up does not work. I took the switch from the rear passenger side and it could only make it go down also.
I got a new motor/regulator and it was the same.
Also the drivers side passenger door switch does not make it go down or up.
The two fuses in the passenger side kick plate are good and everything is plugged in and what not.
What is the issue?

Check the contacts for the master switch and clean them. If it still doesnt work, disconnect the harness that connects to the door ( pull it completely out )and repair the harness because one or two of the wires are broken.

Harness connects underneath kick panel (Underneath Hood Release)

The issue is that we have old cars. I spent a day basically taking off the door panels and rewiring every single broken wire (which was almost all of them on one door). After years of opening and closing the door, the wires will be frayed.. and I'm guessing a few of them are even snapped on yours (as were some of mine, since my windows weren't working)

Does the window go up when using the master switch? I agree that the master switch could be the problem. Also, it could be a broken wire in the driver's door harness going into the driver's kick panel.
Repeated opening and closing the door causes the wires to break over time.

By master switch you mean the drivers side window switch?
Could wires on the drivers side and passenger side both be broken?

Even though its the passenger side window, the problem is possibly in the drivers side? Like pulling a bulb out of a stand of christmas lights and having them all go out?

Yes its very possible that more than one door has problems. but 90% of the time the drivers side door wires are broken, because the door is opened more times than any other door.

Master switch = On driver door

All of your door functions run first through the master switch for the power, then all other doors feed off the drivers side door

Oh, that makes sense because the driver's door can lock out the other windows!!
So, could it even be the switch on the drivers door? or just more likely the wires.

I had the same problem on my car but it was intermittent. What I did was open the driver's door all the way and while holding the up button on the master switch for the passenger window, I very slowly closed the door. While doing so the window started going up... so I knew then and there that the wire in the driver's door harness was the culprit.
