Ignition Wire

I need a wire that gets 12V+ when the key is at the ON position for a device I will only mention in fact to fact interation :P. Or even the AUX position. I was thinking the radio I BELIEVE red wire for 12+ volts in AUX but when i put a volt meter to it, i got nothing.

Any wiring diagrams out there?

Dang it... I have a hand drawn diagram of the voltage on each of the respective wires in ALL key positions somewhere...

The one perkins posted is on the back of the radio. The one i'm referring to in in the ignition harness.
