98 Camry Problem With Fuse 14

So I just bought a used Camry. There were some things that didn't work so I decided to check the fuses to see how many easy fixes I could get. On the way to replacing the bad ones I realized that fuse 14 covered:

Theft deterrent system,
daytime running light system, clock,
locking with wireless remote control
system, ignition switch light, personal
light, trunk light, electric moon roof
lamp, interior light, vanity mirror light,
door courtesy light, power door lock
system.

Low and behold, all of those things were inop. So logic dictates that there's a blown fuse. But no, I checked it, I tested it, I visually inspected the terminal. The fuse looked good. No way that's a coincidence though. Haven't checked the terminal with an multimeter yet (tomorrow), but thought I'd ask. Anyone got any ideas as to what the problem could be? Everything else on the car seems fine.

Sounds like trouble to me.

Your doing the right thing by checking for voltage. If there is voltage, thats a good start. Then just start tracing the wiring. Sounds like a power wire or ground wire is bad or not connected somewhere to me
