Help With Headlight Reminder Relay

I found a used headlight reminder relay that came out of a '94 Camry. I want to try and use it in my '95 T100, but it has a different plug. On the T100, only two of the wires are actually used (according to my electrical FSM). Can someone with an electrical manual tell me what wires go to each of the four connectors on the relay for the Camry and where those wires originate? For example on the T100, a red wire comes from the driver's door switch and a green/red wire comes from the integration relay.
