3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
My first question would be how long and hard would it be to take the injectors off? because 2 of them are leaking at the top and I'm losing alot of gas. My 2nd question is how would I take out the Instrument Cluster to change the lights from green to my own colors? Is it a hard job?
The instrument cluster removal is covered in the sticky/DIY thread. The injectors are easy enough. And uh.... a year and engine would be nice.

Okay so how would I get a injector pulser? Is it better than sending them off? because I really need my car the same day I do this job....Any other way?

You make it. With wires. And solder. And radio shack bits.

First off I have a 1998 Toyota camry and I'm kind of confused about what o-rings and grommeits go where on the injector.... AutoZone and advanced auto have both 4 O-rings in a set and 2 grommits in a set so i would need 2 sets....the O-rings go on the bottom of the injector right? And the Gromitt goes on top near the fuel rail right? So I'll need 4 oRings and 4 gromittes right? 4+4=8 do I have this right? I'm asking because 2 of my injectors are leaking because the top part is old would be my guess....... any other suggestions
