if u drive slow than it's ok. But I wouldn't speed with that wheel on or else U might find yourself head strait into a tree or worse into an on coming traffic.

anything that puts you in question if its going to be safe to drive or not, is not going to be safe... dont risk it man. get it fixed. dont wanna see another camry get in an accident :/

Yeah, trying to pull my factory 5 spokes out now, I went on the highway with it last night (To my defense I did not know of the dent until this noon). No vibrations or anything but definately happy to be back at home in one piece.
