Found on ebay

I found these on ebay today. They say they are for a 1999 but I just can't visualize exactly where or how they mount. Any thoughts, hints, comments?

1st off, that's just a generic picture the seller is using for the item. It's not a pic of the actual item. 2nd, the item description says corner lamp.

Already sent an email asking where and how they mount, what bulbs they use etc. and am waiting on a reply. Just thought I would ask here if anyone has seen anything like these installed.

I can't figure out just what the "ordinary bulb" would be. Also they could not provide any pictures of the installed product.
I think I will have to pass on this one. Back to searching.

Seeing as the stock fog lights look nothing like that...I would pass. Unless you wanna cut up the bumper...
