ABS Problem

I currently have 1997 camry 2.2 and I have a very heavy sound system in my trunk. Due to this I decided to put a lefter at the rear, after the local mechanic is done putting the lefter, my ABS light is always on. I complained it to them and they said its already an electrical problem.

Any idea what could be wrong? Do you think that installing a lefter damage my sensor or the sensor detects defect if I put lefter?

Since it happened right after a shop did some suspension work I would definitely give it a quick visual to check for any obvious damage. If none is apparent see what codes are being thrown and go from there. After all the car is 13 years and however many miles old, it may or may not have been anything the shop did.
