You will need automatic lock solenoids first. then you will need lock linkage to connect from the solenoid to the lock itself.

If you get an aftermarket alarm system, it will have the locking relay in it.. tie the locking part to the locking solenoids you've just installed

That's the only way I can think of besides converting the entire inside to Power windows with the master switch that has the locking mechanism.

It's POSSIBLE but would take a lot of work. I would just do like perkins said, get the actuators and rods and tap them into an aftermarket alarm/keyless entry system.

yeah its definitely possible. The only pain in the butt is your going to have to remove the dashboard to get the harness that runs to the passengers side. All the wiring for the power windows runs from drivers side door.

Goes Master switch to Rear drivers door
Then Master Switch to Junction block
Junction Block to Passenger side front
Junction block to passengers side rear

You will have to rip the entire interior out to get all the wiring

I installed power locks on the driver side only since it'll be a lot of work to do all four doors so I didn't bother. Like the others said, get those parts and it should work.

Is it any easier to install power windows if factory keyless entry is already installed? manual window winders drive me nuts! I like venting the car from the rear passenger windows while driving on the highway and I just can't do it with manual ones (well I can but its a p.i.t.a).

^ Factory keyless entry has nothing to do with the windows.
