turning 202,000

I have a 2001 camry with the 5s-fe 2.2,for the past couple of weeks it hesitates/sputters when first taking off and also going up hills,i recently had the timing belt and water pump done, kind of odd, since this is the third belt in about 75,000 miles, supposedly each improperly installed, the problem started like a week after the timing belt/water pump was done,it hasn't had a tune up since about 125,000,has anyone had a similar problem or somewhere to look at on it???

The Gen 4 5S-FE have two ignition coils. Plugs 1 and 4 shared the same coil which might be going out; but from what I know, ignition coils either work or don't. Check the signal and connection to the coil and inspect for bad spark wires and plugs too.

Also, maybe a cheap timing belt stretched and retard the timing or it could have skip a tooth on the cam if the tensonier wasn't set correctly.
