Its a 1996 2.2 5SFE
I did the timing belt on my brothers car a few weeks ago.
Here are some tips:
Here how it should look on the camshaft pulley

It was my first time doing timing belt.
Don't install the camshaft pulley backwards.....

I did it, I have learned from my mistakes...
Mark the cam pulley postion when 1 cyl is at tdc
the Crankshaft pulley/ harmonic balancer mark should align with 0 mark on the cover.
I would recommend replacing the tensioner and the idler gear, and the spring,Get the spring from dealer.
It like 2-3 bucks.
Also the all the seals, like Cam seal, I found out that FelPro makes a kit for the oil pump, comes with seals, and gasket need...
And the water pump(ect like hoses thermostat, New coolent)....
I also removed the oil pump and replaced all the seals.
A tip: put petroleum jelly inside the pump cavity.
Make sure its lubed up.. You dont want a dry start, and ruin you engine..
(The bearings would be wiped out, and your engine would be toasted)
