A quick Tein lowering springs question

Okay. I know there are two different kinds of lowering springs from Tein for the 97-01 Gen 4 camrys. What I do not understand is what are the exact differences? There is a S-Tech and H-Tech springs. Both are different colors, S-tech being original Tein Green, while the H-tech is goldish brown. I've also noticed that there were two different specifications but not sure which is true because the sources I've read from are different.

So my question is, is the S-tech offer lower stance or does the H-tech give you a lower stance? Plus, what is the bloody differences?

H-Techs doesn't even look like it was lowered- plus it was sloppy mated to KYB.

S-Techs are lower, and more predictable.. mate it w/tokicos and yr golden.
