i havent drove my car in a while.. so i take it on the road and when i reach around 30 mph the car kinda jumps to the left, and i feel the steering wheel move to the left just a little and when i go to straight it out to the center the car act ok, untill i reach about 45 the car kinda jumps to the right.

could this be an alignment?

I would honestly take it to a tire shop and have them check for anything unusual.

If the weather is decent, jack the car up and move the tires around by grabbing it at 3 and 9 o'clock and pushing and pulling. Also grab it at 12 and 6 o' clock and push and pull the tire. If you hear any abnormal clunking or movement something is bad. If it moves in all directions a wheel bearing is bad. Also check the tires for abnormal wear.. (Outside edges worn down) Cracks, Bumps, Rips, etc..

I bought a 94 Camry V6 that did what you describe, and the Steering rack was bad, plus the bearings in the Front Strut Mounts had basically dissolved.

If you don't see any leaking from the Steering rack, I would suggest checking and replacing the SM's
