Turn Signals not Working Hazard lights ok - Camry 98

The thread says it all. My 98 Camry turn lights (all front and back) stopped working today. The hazard lights (all) flash ok.

I have searched the forums and seems there could be two issues - fuse or the flasher.

I would like to ask specifically if there are any videos or diagram explanations where these are located and how to check and replace them?

Just last month my right side turn signal had to be replaced as it got damaged during parking. As I am not a very handy person, I went to a garage and was given a quote of $110. Came back home 'googled' and found videos on how to change it. Ordered the part from eBay and replaced the same for $20 in 15 minutes!

The point I am trying to make is that if I can get this fixed myself, I would rather do it. However if it is difficult then go to the mechanic and let them take me for a ride!

Check the fuse. If it's blown, you will need a 7.5 fuse. They're $5 for a pack of 5 at autozone or pep boys. The signal fuse is located under the driving wheel, a compartment above the hood latch that opens up. You have to pull it all the way out. The diagram of each fuse will be on the compartment lid and the access to the fuses is there. It's also in your manual if you have one.

Most likely if none of your signal works, it's your fuse, not the bulb itself since it'll only effect that one bulb. The bulb you bought also factors in since wrong bulbs can blow out your fuses so make sure you get the correct type. I believe the bulb you need for the signals are 3156s. 27v type. Anything lower or higher will blow out your fuses.
