LSVP Question

Hey guys anyone knowledgeable on the Load sensing proportioning valve?

I had my XLE lifted up on the rack today and noticed that it was equipped with the LSVP, but to my knowledge this was a Wagon Only part.

I could be wrong, and it could just be an ABS thing but i was kind of boggled when I saw this

My 5SFE LE had it, my 3VZFE LE has it. So it's definitely not a wagon only thing. Both with ABS.

I thought it was an XLE/Wagon/ES300 only part. But maybe it came standard if you had ABS...

My wagon has it with ABS. Wife's car and parts car, no valve, no ABS.

my 1994 wagon is AWD(all wheel disc) but no abs. it's a v6 also. what are your cars?

I have

1992 XLE (4cyl)
1992 LE (4cyl)
1993 DLX (4cyl)
1995 LE (4cyl)


my 1992 XLE is the only car that has this on it.

Reason I was asking, was because I was reading in the manual and stumbled upon this:

Ken, I really think DLX might be a trimline for toyota, I was looking around for parts and saw they have DLX listed as well. I dunno i could be wrong

If you look on Rock Auto it lists:

Camry
Camry DLX
Camry LE
Camry SE
Camry XLE
Celica Alltrac
Celica GT
etc.......

ToyotaReference.com brochures. Some of them list the trimline "Deluxe" as the base trim... others show it as DX. Nowhere have I ever seen Toyota call it DLX.
