My 96 camry 4cyl auto is leaking oil from between oil pan and transmission.
What could this be from? I noticed valve cover leaking to, it was changed 30,000 miles ago. I have 140k on car know. i will change valve cover first..
i also noticed atf fluid coming from where axle goes into tranny on drivers side.

The leak between the oil pan and transmission could be the rear main seal, unless it's just the oil pain in that spot. The oil pan doesn't have much support in that location so it could be that instead.

Replace your valve cover gasket/spark plug seals first, as well as the distributor O-ring, Then wash the engine down to remove the oil, and check again in a few days.

Be careful, these engines don't like to be low on oil. I found out the hard way.

I'd worry about the ATF leak. The diff, if its sump is separate, will run dry and self destruct. If you have a fill plug for the diff, top it off with a high mileage ATF. If not, keep an eye on the ATF level. You need to replace that tranny seal that leaks.

If you're not using a high-mileage oil, do so. It could help slow the leak down.

Wipe motor down, and then run it and look for leak location. I had a bad oil sending unit on my other car and it was wat leaked.

I myself have a leak similar to it. Doing valve cover, and spark plug seals. O -ring for dist cap then going from there. 2nd motor may save my ass(swap out and rebuild original)
