Supra Sawblades 16in

Anybody running Supra Turbo Wheels, the sawblade style. They are 16x7 I bought a nice set of them and plan on running them next summer with 205 55 16 tires. Thoughts on the subject and any pictures would be great.

Ya I did notice they are directional did you run the tire size that I mentioned above? Did you have any issue with rubbing and would you go with the same tire size a second time around? I got my set off craigslist for $125 and spent a couple hours yesterday cleaning brake dust but they look pretty sharp now, clean as factory. How come more people aren't running this setup no nostalgia.

I've got 215-60-16's with spacers in the back. Minor rubbing when the wheels are turned all the way. 205 55 should be fine.

Im thinking 215 50 16 would rub at times, but I am not sure of that. Have you ever run that tire on a camry. This is my DD so I want something I wont have to worry about rubbing.

i ran 225 50 with no problems
offset has to be less than 45 to clear back
front would rub minor at full lock

Hey thanks for that post they look great on your car. My car is not lowered so they wont look as flush as that. Did you paint the openings in your wheels black? Im thinking 215 50 16 will be my choice of tire hopefully they wont look to small.

The offset is 37. So now im thinkin that 215 55 16 wouldnt be a bad choice.

Well I cant find a whole lot of definitive answers or actual setups running 215 55 16 on 16x7 with 37 offset. On the otherhand 205 55 16 is quite common. My car is not lowered and everything is stock. Anybody with 16in wheels and less than a +40 offset with 215 tires. +40 seems like a pretty popular offset, im thinking that since these wheels are +37 I may have a easier time fitting 215 or 225 tires. Is that correct?

I read somewhere these sawblades weigh 23lbs each, what do you guys think the stock 14 steel wheels weigh? Changing to the sawblades do you guys think the camry will feel like a dog? I want to put them on for the looks and to make my camry more interesting.
