3rd Generation Where does this bracket go? ('92 5s-fe)

My dad replaced the head gasket on his 1992 camry (5s-fe) a while back, and hasn't been able to figure out where this bracket goes (and neither can I...). Picture below...

It's not the intake manifold stay (that was my first thought, but it's already there).

Merry Christmas and thanks in advance,

Matt

Maybe it is the intake manifold stay--I saw something else bolted on back there, but I'm not 100% sure that's what it is anymore...can anyone that's had their intake manifold off recently say for sure?

Looks familiar, I'm gonna have to go through my 5SFE rebuild photos and look, I'll get back to you in the next days hopefully. I'm a pretty busy guy.

I have a '93 5S-FE and below is an exerpt from Toyota's Shop Manual. Assuming they're the same (and I think they are) it is not either manifold bracket. For an exhaust bracket it's too long and the intake bracket has one end (lower) angled as well as a foam insulator. I have mine apart right now and cannot see your bracket. Actually I just went through both Volumes and could not find it. I went through Manual, Automatic transmission, wagon variants and all the body hardware I could see...I give, you got me. I think dad's messin' with ya.

Two things to consider:

1) It came off another vehicle.

2) The ends where the holes are do not look like they have had bolts holding them down because of the lack of scratched paint.

It looks like the front grill support the the horn bolts to in front of the radiator, but I don't have my car with me so i can't compare them. I don't remember seeing a bracket like that in the engine bay of either my 96, or my 92 when I pulled the motors. The only brackets like that, that I can think of are the intake bracket (shorter), and on the 96 the catalytic converter bracket (much shorter).
