just got a universal kit, got the 3 gauge pod mounted to my A-pillar and going to paint it flat black soon.

the purple tape is to mask off the top part of the A-pillar. I don't want to paint it all black, just the lower part.

these are the actuall gauges im using.

or should I paint the whole thing tan to match the rest of it?

I would make it match BUT I would also fiberglass those pods on there to make it flush...

ive looked at the lotex site and I don't see a 3 gauge pod for the gen 4 camry.

working on blending them in right now. im using a plastics filler used for bumper repair, I figured this will give me the most flexability.

heres them in the car. its not perfect, but its not a show car anyway. theres a little bit of warping in one spot. nothing major. next step is to wire it up.

Dude that looks awesome. I like how it matches the roof liner. You should paint the whole interior to match!

its *almost* identical to the factory plastic color. all the other plastic looks pretty close to the same color. you can see the slight color difference in this pic. but Id rather not mess with the other plastic because of my limited painting skills.
