Just get it fixed when you can.... I don't think you would get a ticket for no passenger mirror. In fact, some cars did not come from the factory with passenger mirrors.

usually when you have clear view through the rear view mirror in cabin then the passenger side mirror is not required by law. at any case you need at least 2 rear view mirror and one of them need to be on driver side, the other doesn't matter. YMMV depending on state regulations.

just go to www.toyodiy.com, give it your car's VIN and look for "RH mirror" and it will give you listing for all colors factory made for your year. they come prepainted from dealer new OEM.

It takes a whopping 3-5 minutes to change out the mirror, it is a piece of cake. Here is a link how to do it with a great video! Rock Auto or other online dealers have them. The last one I paid around $30-$50 for.
It's not illegal to have a missing/broken passenger side mirror. Technically, you only need the drivers side mirror. So you can go for a while without it. I would unplug it so you don't drop it and damage anything.
