Is my windshield wiper fluid hose broken?

I noticed after my hood's paintjob they did not put on the windshield wiper fluid hoses back onto the hood.

I tried putting them on, but they do not stay connected....they fall off after a spray or two.

It was NOT like this before.

Here is a picture:

Or is there supposed to be like a little clip on the underside of the hood?

Is this an easy repair? I am going to go after the paintshop when the holidays are over.

Cut off about one half inch of the end and put it back on. It's probably just stretched.

^ +1 what he said.

if hose is too short already then just get a replacement or use some gear worm clamps on connectors and joints to hold it in place.

Well the end piece seems a bit darker in color and bigger, I can try cutting off about 1/2... What are gear worm connectors/joints? *googles*

hehe, sorry it should have been worm gear clamps
basically they have a screw that you use to tighten it on hose

like this more or less, NAPA sells all kinds of them.

I think a 1/4'' clamp (adjustable) will do easily.

but first just cut off the stretched end and try it without any clamps, it may sit tight just like that.
