Is the Knock sensor mounted passenger side back of motor under the intake manifold? And if so, is it located in an oil passage or a coolant passage... if it's oil I think I just found my leak.... I'd start it and run in but the transmission is currently out for some new friction material.

the knock sensor doesn't have a coolant or oil passage behind it

It threads into nothing-ness. If you remove it, you'll understand what i'm talking about. It's under the intake, yes, but in the middle of the back of the engine. Pretty much smack dab in the center actually.... check out my DIY for replacing the knock sensor for pictures of it.

yeah it has a piezoelectric element inside of it that when the motor "Knocks" it converts that piezoelectric signal into Voltage which is sent to the computer.
