Is there a good posting on changing timing belt 3vz

I've seen some good pictorial posting on changing the timing belt on the 4 cylinder motor but is there anything good for the 3vz motor (3.0L)? I had the heads off and when putting them back on I'm having trouble getting the timing belt back on. I know I'm missing something and the repair manual is too vague to figure out.

Need Advice

This one is the the 1MZ, which is an aluminized version of the bi-metal 3VZFE. But you'll get the idea.

The most difficult thing is probably putting on the belt because you have more pulleys to align. Also see my post message #103.

Aligning cam and crank pulleys???

and

Check this out. Lexus is really the Toyota marketing success story. They actually got people to pay 2x for a Camry!! That's something Detroit could never do.
