The Air blows through all the vents whatever selection i make on my dash. whenever i change the mode i hear a click/whirring sound and nothing happens still the air blows through all the vents. I have a 94 Camry V6 XLE. please can you let me know what to check and how to fix it. Thanks for your help.

sounds like the diverter servo is out of alignment or broken, assuming you have the push button style controls. checking it out involves removing quite a lot of the dash. i believe it is covered in the factory service manual.
