Re-use intake gaskets on 97 V6?

I have a 97 Camry V6 1MZ-FE. I took off the intake plenum so I can replace a leaky valve cover gasket. I noticed I have a coolant leak coming from under the intake manifold. Since the only thing under there is the water bypass hose, I'm guessing that's the culprit. My question is... should I replace all three intake gaskets (plenum and manifold) even if they're in decent shape? The whole set is around $70 which seems kind of pricey for gaskets. I've checked a few local retailers like NAPA and AutoZone. Unfortunately, I don't have time to wait for mail order stuff since I've torn into the car. Any opinions?

If the gaskets are in good shape you should be able to reuse them. The recommendation of course is to replace. But even the IAC rubber gasket can be reused a few times without problems.

These are multilayer metal and composite with thick silicone seals. As long you don't touch the paper/fiber ones you should be fine. But if they leak you have to go back and replace them. And if you don't mind doing that then just reuse.

I've never, ever replaced mine as long as I've had them off. They're metal as John said and rarely go bad.

Great! That'll save me some cash. I was thinking the same thing. Mine are in good shape, but all the manuals say to replace them. Of course, the manuals are written by Toyota so I see the motivation behind replacement!
