You can add the OEM fogs to your current bumper if you were interested. There is no new bumper even thought it looks that way. You make cuts to your bumper.

Thanks. My wife is driving the camry now. So I still want to see how many years I can get out of it. 10 years now! The 7 spoke OEM wheels are ok, they are a bit corroded.
Anyhow, on the topic of the fogs, I added them in early 2009. There are a few threads about it, but in summary.
1. Get the OEM kit from Snappylights on Ebay.
2. in addition to this kit, go to www.toyotapartspeople.com get the OEM switch, brackets and the Bezels.
3. You will need to paint the bezels to match your car. Otherwise they come black.
The bezels make it look like it is a new bumper, you just cut part of it for the fog lights. Also I noticed that the OEM fogs were brighter than my headlights and this was even before I installed the black halos!
Another note was that someone mentioned that they installed a HID kit once they did that they couldn't use the fogs anymore. I'm thinking you can but it would need to be re-wired.
