1998 camry dash light replacement

How do you replace dashboard lights in a 98 toyota camry It is only partially lit on the right half of the tachometer now and may just be loose or is there more than 1 bulb?

You realize that this thread is over 3 years old, right? This will show you how to take out the instrument cluster and replace the bulbs.
