Color Code

Where do I find the color code for my 1998 Camry. I know it is Beige/Gold but there are several codes for this. Bought it used and don't have the original paperwork. Thanks.

On the drivers side door or door jamb, you'll see a white sticker. Towards the bottom you'll see some character C/TR/A/TM which stands for color/trim/axle/transmission. The first three digits after the C/TR is your color code: should be 4M9.

Note, it may looke like C/TR
A/TM

The idea is the first 3 digits after the c/tr/a/tm or after the c/tr. If you still have trouble, PM my your VIN and I can tell you what the color code is.

I am new to this site so don't know how to thank, but I do want to thank both of you for your help. Was able to figure out the code and name with your help (4M9-Cashmere beige Metallic)

92 - Medium Red Pearl (3J9) LE
92 - Medium Red Pearl (3J9) XLE
92 - Frosted Sapphire Pearl (8J4) LE
