Factory keychain alarm clicker on a 98

I have a 98 4 cylinder LE with 180k on it, best car I have ever owned hands down!

after 13 years and countless drops, missed tosses and fumblings the alarm remote casing has almost turned to dust. I guess the nail in the coffin was when my girlfriend over threw my keys (remote included) from my 6th floor condo, resulting in a broke alarm casing...

Anyone know where I can just find the casing? The plastic housing for the alarm? The chip inside still works as i currently have it jerry-rigged with duct tape.

The stealership wants about 160 for a new remote, I was hoping to find one (casing only) for less. Any advice???

Try ebay and the for sale section here. You're probably going to have to buy a whole remote though. Maybe a non-working one would work for you. They're not terribly expensive.
