Remove the plastic cover, then you will see a 14mm banjo bolt. Take out the bolt and replace the gasket/washer on each side there is two.

Are you sure that is the leak, not the o-rings on the injectors?

On my 2000 1MZ-FE it's called a FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER ASSY, and the part number is 23270‑62010. Your's might be a different part number, though. It's a bit pricey at around $90.00 so you might want to check your local Pick-N-Pull.

EDIT:
Oops, I was wrong on the price. Here's a link to the part, and see if you model is included.

Don't drive with a fuel leak, that is extremely dangerous. I got them front eh dealer today. They are around $1-2. Make sure you pinpoint the leak first.

I'd assume the torque spec here is VERY important. Sadly, I don't know the specific number.

if you haven't released/lowered the fuel pressure in any way then yeah there might be some.

normally you idle the car and while engine running you open the main fuse box under hood on driver side and you pull out the blue 15A EFI fuse letting the car die (it's instant).

then you turn the IGN OFF and open the fuel cap on gas tank to release vapor pressure (or vacuum or whatever there is).

this time fuel pressure should be a fairly brief squirt of fuel and nothing more maybe a few more drops later.

I don't know the torquing spec for that banjo bolt, using a torque wrench on it would be another thing. just make it hand tight and check for leaks later. those gaskets can be re-used normally as they are metal, unless damaged.

welcome and good luck!

if bolt is not loose and making it hand tight didn't work then replacing those gaskets would make sense. also make sure that the leak is not coming from one of fuel injector grommets (on the fuel rail side) and flowing towards the pulse damper.

Common sense would dictate to replace the seal that is causing the leak.
If there is no replaceable seal, then replace the unit.
