Any tips on getting the timing belt on?

I have a 93 Camry V6 AT that I'm changing the timing belt on. I have the two top cam gears lined up with the timing belt on already and I lined up the crankshaft (using the little dot on the gear pulley thing and lining it up with the notch on the block; not sure if this would work but it looks like the crank pulley would match up with 0 degrees.) I'm having a very hard time putting the timing belt on as it is a very tight fit. I need a couple more mm's to make it get on the water pump pulley. The last one I'm trying to put the timing belt on is the water pump pulley and I can't get it at all. Is there a specific order that the timing belt should go on to make it fit?

It's actually really easy, if you don't follow the service manual. Seriously, line up your crank and cam marks, put the belt onto everything but leave off the idler pulley (#4 in the diagram). Also don't install your hydraulic tensioner yet. Then take the idler, put it on the belt and press down and bolt it on. Bolt up the hydraulic tensioner. Done.

And don't forget to use Loctite on the tensioner bolt, the manual calls for it.

So I got the timing belt on but it won't turn over. I'm getting fuel and spark. There's fuel on the spark plugs and they spark when I test them.

Does the V6 Camry motor eff up like other motors when the timing belt breaks? I remember reading somewhere that the Camry motors are different and that they don't mess up the engine when the timing belt breaks.

Is everything reconnected? I forgot to put in the EFI fuse when I went to go start it up after doing the timing belt.

What do you mean by it "won't turn over"?

On the tensioner pulley bolt, guessing to make sure it doesn't come out, because it's what secures the belt.

Another question. How do you go about tightening the crank pulley bolt without having the pulley itself spin? The car is an automatic. I have no fabrication skills so I won't be able to make my own tool like I've seen on here lol.

On my 5sfe, I didn't want to remove starter motor to jam flywheel again for tightening pulley. I've got a manual tran but I don't know if it'll work with an auto, I put the car in gear and retightened the bolt. The car tried to drive itself forward though (being held by the hand-brake from the rear wheels - I had car lifted off ground with front wheels on blocks to give me more room to move) so I couldn't get an accurate reading of torque. I know it was less than 80ftlb though. However, I did manage to tighten the bolt about half a turn further (180o).
