Having problems with my clutch pedal. HELP!!!

Well as most of you know I still have my SE 3VZ with manual trans. My Clutch pedal gets stuck all the way to the bottom Im having to lift it back with my foot.

Now If I correct does it have to do with maybe a bad master clutch cylinder or a slave cylinder. Let me know if its either one or maybe something else. Oh and theres no slipping or anything that shows signs of the clutch going out.

Having clutch issues myself (was minor clutch slip for past year) I changed out the fluid yesterday. God knows when it was done before this (if at all). What prompted me was a sudden change in fluid color - I knew something was up. I don't know if clutch dust was getting into the hydraulics or what but it wasn't good. I can't believe its the same clutch now after changing the fluid. I haven't managed to get it to slip again but then again I haven't done a long trip since the fluid change. Its way smoother now and I don't have jerking between gear changes anymore.

Anyways i'd recommend changing it the fluid 1st and see what happens. As its cheap and easy that could be a starting point.

Could also be a bad pressure plate that's 'over-centering' and the spring's 'relaxed', or a release lever that's hanging up. How many miles on the clutch and pressure plate?

I forgot to add, also air in the clutch system could/might cause the clutch pedal to hang.

This might help:
