3rd Generation Cooling Fan Never Turns On

I'm thinking that my cooling fan never turns on.
Do you what operating temp should trigger it ?
Do you know if the cooling fan is the left or the right fan when standing
in front of the car looking into the engine compartment ?
Thanks again for all the help.

( not the AC fan. The other one )

If you have a V6, isn't it hydraulic...? So it should be always running.

That's what I was thinking...The cooling fan on the V6 is run off the Power Steering, so it should ALWAYS be on. If it isn't, you have a larger issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

The OP has a 1996 1MZ. Pretty sure that year had electric fans.

Thanks guys. I'll do some more reseach on this site as LynchburgCSI sugguests. But I think I've been running well for years with out it.
Or maybe I have a whole bunch of problems that I never knew I had.
I'll update this thread on what I find. Thanks again for the help.
