Turn signal weirdness

99 Camry LC, when I use the right hand signal it blinks very fast. I have checked from outside the car and they are both [front and rar] flashing [rapidly]. The left side is fine. I have pulled the rear bulb and inspected it, it appears to be OK. However I am not sure how to remove the front bulb?????? Here is the weidness, this doesn't happen all of the time. Sometimes the right signal operates at normal flash cycle speed. [this issue just started recently]
Thanks for your suggestions

You expect a response after an hour and 5 minutes.... okay.

You probably have a weird ground somewhere. Or your bulb contacts are corroded. If cleaning the bulb contacts and checking for a bad ground doesn't work, try replacing the bulbs.

Rapid flashing usually indicates a bad bulb or like stated above, corrosion at the bulb terminals. Or possibly a bad flasher.
I'm betting bad bulb.

Check the bulb or socket contact. You have to pull out the housing to get to the socket. Does it describe in the manual? Autozone has free online repair guide too with registration.

Pop the hood, Remove the phillips screw on the corner light, pull the corner light straight out.

To remove the bumper bulbs there should be a couple screws holding it in place too.
