Immobiliser? Camry MCV20, 99' (before restyling). 3.0, ATM. Europe

Hi all!
I've got a problem after my battery absolutely drained. An engine starts and then stops after 1 or 2 seconds.
I was told by previous owner it seems to be immobiliser. I've got an instruction with de-block sequence. But it doesn't work. I tried maybe 20 or 30 times with some changes and without for stable result.
I haven't got Security or Immo lamp on the dashboard, and I can't understand what I do incorrect.
OBDII prevent me to check MIL codes without TOYOTA hand-held tester etc.
Have somebody an experience in deblocking immobibliser with such sequence?
Here is my sequence. Black area is for security

I've got Master (black) an Sub (grey) keys.

My english is really bad, sorry.

As far as i understand "+" means turn the ignition switch from LOCK to ON position (when dashboard switches on).
"I" means turn switch from LOCK to ACC position.
First sub-sequence - with depressed acc pedal.
Second - brake pedal
Third - Released O/D button (but i'm not shure)
Fourth and fifth - 2 and L position of selector lever.
After all - depress brake and put selector lever in P position.

Yes, thank you! I've already read that post before.
I disassembled some panels near ignition switch, and I saw some metal box which connects to ring of key code transponder. But I can't understand how do I disconnect those wires. I'll try to remove metal undercover and remove that box maybe.
